One of the largest Baking Industry project that Axiom completed is a multi-year installation of an entire new facility in Ontario. Products made on the equipment installed include bread/rolls and specialty products such as Tortillas, Rye Breads, and English Muffins. Axiom’s scope included working with the customer, builder and equipment suppliers to manage and perform the installation of the complete lines from start to finish - raw material/bulk handling, makeup/mixing, proofing/baking, cooling/packaging.

In some instances, the equipment was new and in other cases Axiom was responsible for removal and relocation from existing facilities before installation. Axiom was able to add value with our wide range of experience in rebuilding and retrofitting/upgrading baking- specific equipment. Our in-house fabrication and wide network of other trades were key factors in the success of the installation which allowed Axiom to provide a turn-key solution both for the initial installation and follow-up projects in the following years.
